Rates & Availability

    • Available for stays of five nights minimum, up to several months (see Sabbaticals and Long-term Stays).
    • Cleaning, utilities, phone, Internet all included – no extra charges.
    • Discounts for stays of a week or more.
    • Payment is accepted in dollars.
    • Fifty percent (50%) deposit and signed agreement confirm dates and rates.
    • Balance due two weeks before arrival.
    • Keys and door codes sent two weeks before arrival.
    • Comprehensive Guest Guide provided, with apartment instructions and neighborhood information

    Rates

    Rates vary according to the seasons, as outlined below.

    • Winter (November-March): $210 per night
    • Shoulder (April, October): $230 per night
    • Summer (May-September): $250 per night

    Special Notes

    • Scent-free space
    • Due to owner’s allergies, scented products cannot be used. We provide high-quality shampoo, hairspray, soaps and cleaning products free of charge, or you can bring your own unscented products.
    • The apartment is generally not suitable for children under 14. 
    • Pets are not allowed.
    • The apartment is non-smoking.

      The apartment is walking distance from the Sorbonne main campus and Faculté des Sciences, making it ideal for visiting professors.
      Discounts vary according to the length of stay; please contact the owner for a proposal.
